Construction of streets and drains or nullahs in village Chakori Bhelowal, estimated at PKR 15 million with bid security of PKR 750,000; construction of a street and drain opposite Doga Road Link Bhimber Road, District Gujrat, estimated at PKR 4.27 million with bid security of PKR 213,500; construction of a nullah and passage in village Kotla Dheendha, District Gujrat, estimated at PKR 8.64 million with bid security of PKR 432,000; construction of streets and drains or nullahs in village Hando Longo, estimated at PKR 6 million with bid security of PKR 300,000; construction of streets and drains in village Chak Jani, estimated at PKR 5 million with bid security of PKR 250,000; construction of Drain and Street No. 6, Mohallah Miani Lokri, Shahdiwal Town, Gujrat, estimated at PKR 3.95 million with bid security of PKR 197,500; and construction of a street and drain in village Gorali, estimated at PKR 6.13 million with bid security of PKR 306,500. The schemes fall under the M&R Head A15113 for financial year 2026-27, based on MRS second biannual 2026 for District Gujrat. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category, be registered with the e-procurement system and relevant tax authorities, and provide valid income tax and active FBR and PRA status certificates. A fresh affidavit confirming that the bidder is not blacklisted and is not currently in litigation is required. Bidding shall follow the open competitive, single-stage, single-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 9:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security of 5% must be deposited and proof uploaded before the deadline. All lots and items must be quoted, and evaluation will be on the whole package. The successful bidder must provide performance security and, where applicable, additional performance security under the relevant rules.
