Framework contract for procurement of pharmaceutical reference books for financial year 2026-27 on a delivered-duty-paid basis for Drugs Testing Laboratory Punjab. Electronic bids are invited from active taxpayers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, two-envelope national competitive bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a). Complete bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 9 November 2026 at 2:00 PM, and bids will open at 2:30 PM on the same date. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount of the quoted lot, separately for each package or lot, must be submitted digitally before the bid submission deadline. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, instructions, and technical specifications are available free of cost through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
