Solarization Uet Faisalabad Campus Tender Notice
Description
Solarization of the Faisalabad Campus of the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, through a Build, Operate, Lease and Transfer arrangement under a Hire Purchase Agreement for a tenure of 15 years. The successful prequalified bidder will be responsible for designing, financing, operating, and installing the solar system. The estimated project cost is Rs. 42 million, and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online by prequalified firms only, using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. The technical bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of interested prequalified bidders or their authorized representatives. The complete request for proposal and Hire Purchase Agreement are available through the Punjab E-Procurement portal, PPRA website, and university website. Clarification requests must be submitted through the portal at least seven days before the closing date.
