Supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment for the Erasmus+ CBHE BRIDGE Project, Department of Mechatronics and Control Engineering, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. The procurement includes 8 AI edge computing platforms under Lot 1, estimated at Rs. 3,760,260 with bid security of Rs. 75,205.20; desktop CNC routers and a 3-axis CNC laser cutter under Lot 2, with quantities of 2 each and an estimated lot cost of Rs. 2,075,178 with bid security of Rs. 41,503.56; 2 multi-degree-of-freedom collaborative robots estimated at Rs. 2,302,200 with bid security of Rs. 46,044; 2 FDM printers and 10 units of 1 kg PLA material under Lot 4, estimated at Rs. 703,450 with bid security of Rs. 14,069; and 2 high-end computing workstations and 2 XR headsets under Lot 5, with a combined estimated cost of Rs. 2,813,800 and bid security of Rs. 56,276. Bidding is lot-wise. Eligible authorized dealers of reputable firms and companies must be registered with the relevant tax authorities. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Manual bids are not accepted, and electronic bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of each lot bid for is required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Chairman Office, Mechatronics Department, UET Lahore.
