Purchase Recycled Plastic Composite Manhole Covers Tender Notice

Description

Purchase of RPC manhole cover sets manufactured from 100% recycled plastic composite material in black and grey colours with the WASA monogram engraved, for Water and Sanitation Agency Gujranwala. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 86,312,280, and digital bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 2,589,369, must be verifiable through the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of WASA Gujranwala. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority, with active filer NTN and PNTN status. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids must be submitted as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-11-12 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same date. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids, while financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Bid validity is 120 days. Physical submission methods will not be accepted, and if the submission or opening date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will apply.
