Description

Purchase of networking items, printers and scanners on a lot-wise or package-wise basis for Baba Guru Nanak University. The estimated procurement amount is PKR 10.7 million, and detailed quantities and specifications are provided in the tender documents. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, manufacturers and traders must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax and sales tax. Bidding shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete quotations must be submitted for all items in each respective lot or package; partial quotations within a lot or package will not be accepted. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, requirements and specifications are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website, Punjab e-Procurement System and university website. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the following day will be treated as the closing date.
