Supply Installation Led Lights Cables Tender Notice

Description

Supply and erection of LED lights and cables for Municipal Committee Pattoki under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27, with procurement on an as-and-when-required basis. The estimated cost is PKR 2,400,000, and bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is PKR 72,000. Eligible firms, contractors and suppliers must be registered with relevant tax authorities and on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank within 15 days after opening of the tender. The successful contractor must execute an agreement on government-prescribed stamp paper within seven days of issuance of the acceptance letter to obtain the work order. Fake or forged documents may result in disqualification or blacklisting. The competent authority may reject all bids before acceptance. Work execution will depend on the availability of funds, and the department disclaims responsibility for contractor losses arising from interruptions caused by funding shortages, material or labour delays, or other related reasons.
