Procurement Surveillance Equipment Generator Tender Notice

Description

Purchase of surveillance equipment as a turnkey solution and one 50 KVA generator on a package or lot-wise basis. The estimated procurement amount is PKR 9.3 million. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and manufacturers or traders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and income tax and sales tax departments. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure prescribed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete package-wise or lot-wise bids must be uploaded electronically by 2026-11-09 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date under Rule 30(1), in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidders must provide complete quotations for all items in each respective lot or package; partial quotations within a lot or package will not be accepted. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper must be uploaded with the bid documents, and the procuring agency may require the original for physical verification. Bid validity is 120 days. Bidding documents containing specifications, requirements and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website, Punjab e-Procurement System and university website. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the following day will be treated as the closing date.
