Procurement Refrigerators Zoological Garden Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of four refrigerators under the project Revamping of Bansra Gali Zoological Garden, Murree. The estimated cost is PKR 1,160,000, and fixed bid security is PKR 23,200. Eligible bidders must provide income tax and sales tax registration certificates and other documents required by the tender documents. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped and conforming to the tender documents, must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-11-11 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and ensure successful submission before the deadline. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or incorrectly submitted bids will not be considered. Tender documents are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
