Description

Supply of uniform items for special students at Government Special Education Centre Ahmad Pur Sial, District Jhang, for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,000,000, and bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is PKR 100,000. Eligible firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Unsuccessful bidders security will be returned or discharged as promptly as possible, subject to the prescribed bid validity requirements or applicable procedure for unopened financial proposals under Rule 38(2)(a)(vii). The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount through the prescribed electronic mechanism and execute a formal contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, with statutory deductions made under government rules. Bid validity shall be six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. Failure of the successful bidder to meet the procuring agency requirements may result in annulment of the award and forfeiture of bid security, after which the agency may consider the next lowest evaluated bidder or invite new bids. The competent authority may reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 and communicate grounds for rejection under Rule 35(2).
