Description

Procurement, supply, cabling, commissioning and installation of one 8 KWp solar photovoltaic system, with an estimated cost of PKR 1,876,875 inclusive of applicable taxes. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is PKR 56,306 and must be paid digitally through a bank in favour of the District and Sessions Judge, Toba Tek Singh using the PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the 1Bill invoice option in a banking mobile application or corporate payment portal. Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded as encrypted electronic scanned PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-11-11 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same date at the specified office in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidding documents containing specifications, quantities, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions are available free of charge through the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic submissions will be rejected. If the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next working day will apply at the same time. The procuring agency shall not be responsible for costs incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering bids.
