Procurement Uniforms Shoes Special Students Tender Notice

Description

Procurement and supply of 489 uniforms comprising 315 boys uniforms and 174 girls uniforms, together with 326 pairs of shoes comprising 210 boys pairs and 116 girls pairs, for special students during Financial Year 2026-27. Each student is to receive one winter uniform and two summer uniforms. The estimated cost is PKR 2,000,000 and bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 100,000 is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt under Rule 27, with submission and verification through the prescribed electronic mechanism. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and registered on the EPADS platform. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost through the EPADS portal and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Bids must be submitted by 2026-11-13 at 09:00 AM and will be opened electronically at 09:30 AM on the same date. Quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable duties and taxes; statutory deductions will be made under government rules. Bid validity shall remain effective for 180 days from publication of the bid evaluation report. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value and execute a formal contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 and communicate reasons for rejection under Rule 35(2).
