False information or fake bid security may result in disqualification, exclusion from upcoming tenders of the Communication and Works Department, Government of the Punjab, and referral to the Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority for legal action. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted to address bidder complaints under applicable procurement rules.
