Procurement and supply of 60 portable veterinary ultrasound systems with compatible thermal printers - 60 mastitis detectors - and 60 metal detectors with cameras for mobile veterinary dispensaries under ADP Scheme CM Punjab Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated total cost is PKR 91.2 million, comprising PKR 60 million for portable veterinary ultrasound systems and compatible thermal printers - PKR 19.2 million for mastitis detectors - and PKR 12 million for metal detectors with cameras. Bids are invited from eligible bidders and authorized distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders may quote for one or more items, and contracts will be awarded item-wise to the lowest evaluated responsive bidders. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated price must be deposited through the Bank of Punjab against a PSID generated by the e-procurement system. The scanned deposit receipt or paid PSID challan must be uploaded with the technical proposal. Bidding documents containing technical specifications - terms and conditions - and technical and financial proposal requirements are available free of cost online.
