Description
Annual bulk procurement of laboratory goods and articles under Phase I for Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement covers multiple lots numbered 1 to 38 and includes laboratory goods and articles described in the tender documents. Electronic bids are invited from established and eligible firms - companies and sole agents engaged in trading and registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on a lot-wise basis. The estimated total cost is PKR 5,738,830 and bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost is PKR 286,941. Bids must be submitted electronically, and original bid security - stamp paper and samples where required must be provided by the closing time. Bid validity is 90 days.
