Procurement Of Laboratory Standards Server And Library Mater Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of reference standards and specifications for materials and products - a server computer - and a library system comprising books and journals for the Research and Development and Training Centre of Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Interested reputable firms and suppliers with relevant past experience are invited to participate through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders may apply for one - multiple or all lots. Tender documents are available upon written request during working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM against a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 per lot payable by pay order or demand draft in favour of the account titled Made in Gujranwala Expo 2019. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the quoted bid amount must be furnished in the form of demand draft or pay order in favour of the same account. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax - Punjab Revenue Authority and Sales Tax. Prices must include all applicable government taxes. Technical bids will be opened through EPADS, and financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified bidders. The procuring organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance under applicable PPRA Rules.
