Provision Security Guard Services Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Provision of round-the-clock security services for Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27, covering 365 days per year and 24 hours daily including Sundays and public holidays. The contract period is one year, extendable for a further month. Bids are invited electronically from registered bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated contract cost is PKR 235,000,000 for 300 security guards. Bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR or bank guarantee in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP and uploaded electronically; manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must provide a company profile covering technical - engineering and managerial capabilities - after-sales services where applicable - previous experience and performance. All taxes are applicable under Punjab government rules. Documents must be properly numbered - indexed - signed and stamped; incomplete - unsigned or vague bids will not be entertained. Fake or forged documents may result in disqualification or blacklisting.
