Procurement of cloth - cloth bags measuring 23 x 29 and 24 x 33 - jute bags - jute thread - award list theory forms - board stickers - diary registers - dispatch registers - biodegradable multilayer polythene envelopes measuring 15.5 x 11.5 and 14.5 x 19.5 - cloth-lined envelopes for CSO measuring 15.5 x 11.5 - cloth-lined envelopes measuring 15.5 x 11.5 and 10 x 12 - and plain envelopes measuring 15.5 x 11.5. Bids are invited from reputable bidders with valid and active GST and NTN registrations through national competitive bidding under the Unit Rate Method. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using encrypted electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated total cost is PKR 17,000,000 and total bid security is PKR 850,000, calculated at 5 percent of the estimated cost for the listed items. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System - PPRA and the procuring organization's website. Bids must be completed according to the bidding documents and uploaded electronically before the prescribed deadline. Bid security must accompany each bid in the prescribed form. If the submission or opening date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
