Expression of Interest for prequalification of solar Engineering Procurement and Construction contractors to design - supply - install - test and commission high-efficiency on-grid solar photovoltaic systems on a turnkey basis at Bahria University Karachi Campus with a capacity of 550 kW and Bahria University Health Sciences Campus near PNS Shifa DHA Phase II Karachi with a capacity of 900 kW. Eligible firms must have Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-4 or above with specialized code EE-11 Solar Alternative Energy and must appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Applicants must demonstrate at least five years of experience in large-scale grid-connected commercial or institutional solar installations and a proven record of net-metering systems with a combined capacity exceeding 2 MW. Audited financial statements for the last three financial years must show minimum average annual turnover of PKR 150 million. Firms must provide qualified PEC-registered engineers - testing equipment - valid original equipment manufacturer authorizations and a judicial stamp paper affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted by government - semi-government - autonomous or military entities. EOI documents are available through EPADS only. A company profile and technical proposal or bill of quantities must be submitted in hard copy with a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 before the deadline. Original bid security in the form of CDR - pay order or banker's cheque must be made in favour of Bahria University Islamabad. Only prequalified contractors or consortiums will receive the Request for Proposal for the final commercial stage.
