Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous items - original HP toners - original Konica Minolta toners - stationery - electrical items - printers - scanners - computers and other IT equipment - photocopier machines - original Zanasi ink - parts for Canon Image Runner 2525 - printing materials and paper reams for the Examination Department. The estimated total cost is PKR 45,261,500 across 11 lots, with individual lots covering miscellaneous goods - toners - stationery - electrical supplies - IT equipment - photocopiers - printer ink - photocopier parts - printing materials and paper. Bids are invited from manufacturers - sole suppliers - authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered for income tax and sales tax. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with applicable Punjab Procurement Rules. Refundable bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated amount must be deposited online in the account of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences Lahore. Bidding documents are available through the university - Punjab e-procurement and PPRA websites. Bids must be quoted electronically by the closing deadline and will be opened in the presence of representatives of participating firms.
