The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for the design, development, deployment and maintenance of the Overseas Employment System (OES) Portal. Package No. TEVTA/PC/856/2026-27. The estimated amount is Rs. 17,900,000 and the bid security is Rs. 358,000. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-11-2026 at 10:30 AM. The e-bids will be opened on 12-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must be active tax filers, registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with the Income Tax and Provincial Sales Tax Department.
