Procurement Of Mirrorless Camera With Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one mirrorless camera with accessories for financial year 2026-2027 by Punjab Education Foundation. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 3,000,000 and bid security is Rs. 60,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated price. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The scanned receipt of bid security must be uploaded through the system, and late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will open at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Punjab Education Foundation office, in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bids must remain valid for at least 120 days from the submission deadline. Bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Applicable taxes will be deducted under government rules. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA, Punjab e-Procurement and PEF websites. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals before acceptance.
