Provision Armed Security Guard Services Tender Notice

Description

Provision of armed security guard services for the safety and security of students, staff, buses, assets and buildings of Government Secondary School of Special Education HIC Khanpur. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,500,000 and bid security is Rs. 45,000, equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms must be registered with PPRA, relevant registration authorities and applicable tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Complete electronic bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be paid through a banking application using 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID, and the paid slip must be attached to the tender documents. Manually submitted CDRs or bid security instruments are not acceptable. The original affidavit on appropriate stamp paper must be submitted before the tender opening meeting. Bidders must quote the monthly rate per security guard inclusive of applicable taxes and ensure the minimum salary prescribed by the Government of the Punjab for an eight-hour daily duty shift at educational institutions. The contractor must provide weapons and ammunition of the type and calibre specified in the tender documents. The successful bidder must furnish a refundable performance guarantee equal to 8% of the bid or contract price before issuance of the service order. Incomplete or improperly altered tender forms may be rejected.
