Description

Provision of armed security guard services for the safety and security of students, staff, buses, assets and buildings of Government Secondary School of Special Education HIC Khanpur. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,500,000 and bid security is Rs. 45,000, equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms must be registered with PPRA, relevant registration authorities and applicable tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Complete electronic bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be paid through a banking application using 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID, and the paid slip must be attached to the tender documents.
