Procurement Of Internet Connectivity And Static Ip Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of internet connectivity services with static IP addresses and a wireless link for the Punjab Vocational Training Council under a Service Level Agreement for an initial period of one year, extendable up to three years. The estimated annual cost is Rs. 3,000,000 and bid security is Rs. 60,000. Eligible internet service providers must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and with the Punjab e-Procurement System. Open competitive bidding shall follow the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations. Encrypted electronic bids in scanned PDF format must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be paid digitally through a bank using the PSID generated for the relevant tender and processed through the 1Bill invoice option with prefix 267901430. Bids will be opened publicly through the e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids may be rejected. If the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next working day will apply at the same time. The procuring agency will not reimburse costs incurred in preparing or submitting bids.
