Construction Security Staff Rooms Tube Well Tender Notice
Description
Construction of rooms using 2-inch-thick P.U. material for security staff near the M-Block tube well at Jail Road, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate. The estimated project cost is Rs. 7,785,184 and bid security of Rs. 155,704, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, must be submitted or transferred online through the e-Procurement System in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available free of cost to registered bidders through the designated procurement portals. Bidding shall follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, Rule 38(1), using the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Completed, signed and stamped electronic bids conforming to the tender documents must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. All rates must include applicable government taxes.
