Video Surveillance And Pedestrian Entrance Control Systems Tender Notice

Procurement of a video surveillance system under Lot 1 with an estimated cost of Rs. 55 million and bid security of Rs. 1.1 million, and a pedestrian entrance control system under Lot 2 with an estimated cost of Rs. 35 million and bid security of Rs. 700,000. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Complete electronic bids must be uploaded using the PDF upload method. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically; physical CDRs, pay orders, and bank guarantees will not be accepted. Procurement follows open competitive bidding under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
