Procurement of information technology equipment, printing equipment, furniture-related computing accessories and CCTV cameras with installation for the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi for financial year 2026-27. Lot 1 comprises one laptop, 42 computer systems, 39 laser jet printers, one printer, one 86-inch all-in-one interactive LED with OPS and visualizer, eight USB devices, seven hard drives and 154 toner units, with an estimated cost of PKR 30,619,400 and bid security of PKR 1,530,970. Lot 2 comprises two industrial thermal transfer barcode printers, four copy printers with consumables, one heavy-duty document scanner, one overhead or book scanner and two photocopiers with consumables, with an estimated cost of PKR 24,988,820 and bid security of PKR 1,249,441. Lot 3 comprises 38 CCTV cameras with installation, with an estimated cost of PKR 1,911,000 and bid security of PKR 95,550. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant registration and tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and applicable Punjab government taxes. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Clause 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10 November 2026 at 11:30 AM and open on the same day at 12:00 PM. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each quoted lot must be deposited electronically through the prescribed system. Hand-delivered, postal and courier submissions will not be accepted.
