Third Party Validation Non Solar Works Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of national and international consulting firms and consultants for third-party validation services for non-solar works associated with 100 MW distributed photovoltaic solar power plants in Gilgit-Baltistan under project reference P172878. The procurement is funded from funds reserved for FY 2026-27. Eligible applicants must satisfy the requirements specified in the prequalification documents. Only prequalified applicants will subsequently be invited to participate in the request for proposals process, leading to consultant selection and contract award. Prequalification documents are available through EPADS v2.0. Applications must be prepared according to the document instructions and submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted.
