Description
Procurement for supply and installation of IP based CCTV cameras including complete equipment setup and operational deployment to ensure surveillance coverage and monitoring functionality - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids submitted in one package - all bids must be submitted through EPAD system - bid must include call deposit or bank draft equal to 2 percent of total bid amount as earnest money - bidders must provide sales tax registration number vendor number and bank account details - quoted rates must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges - successful bidder is required to complete supply and installation within fifteen days of supply order issuance and failure or substandard performance may result in forfeiture of earnest money - procurement entity may increase or decrease quantities subject to fund availability Pro Tip Ensure complete compliance with technical documentation financial bid separation and timely submission through EPAD to avoid disqualification
