Procurement includes construction of 10 government colleges on need basis including degree college for boys Mansehra city and sub head GGDC Wazir Bagh Peshawar covering full civil and allied works - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA rules - bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically - bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost along with stamp duty and tender fee of 0.03 percent required - original call deposit receipts and required documents must be submitted before closing time - pre bid meeting scheduled on 31-03-2026 at 11:00 AM - financial bids will be opened after approval of technical bids - bids must include PEC license KPRA and FBR active status enlistment details technical staff machinery and financial soundness documents - bidding will follow above below or at par system on BOQ Pro Tip Ensure all mandatory documents including technical staff details financial reports and bid securities are properly uploaded and submitted to avoid disqualification
