Hvac Systems Operation Maintenance Overhauling Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes operation maintenance servicing and overhauling of HVAC systems including chillers package units and split air conditioners to ensure proper functioning and efficiency - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA rules - bids must be submitted electronically and include separate technical and financial proposals - bid security of PKR 500000 required in the form of call deposit receipt - pre bid meeting scheduled on 06-04-2026 at 10:30 AM - firms are required to visit site and examine systems before pre bid meeting - bids must be uploaded before deadline and opened on same day in presence of bidders - only firms registered with tax authorities and listed on active taxpayer list are eligible - original CDR must be submitted otherwise bid will be rejected and no pay order or cheque will be accepted - contract duration will initially be one year extendable based on performance Pro Tip Ensure site visit completion and submission of original bid security along with EPADS upload to avoid rejection
