Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore invites electronic bids from vendors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for procurement of a Surgeon Control Touch Panel under Bid Reference No. PRO-100-2026. The estimated cost is PKR 2,774,988 and fixed bid security is PKR 55,500, equivalent to approximately 2% of the estimated cost. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications are available free of cost on the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA websites. Electronic bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bid security must be deposited digitally through a PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid security instruments will not be required. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 05 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the PKLI conference room. Clarification may be obtained from the Supply Chain Department during office hours from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The procuring agency will not be responsible for costs incurred in preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids. Procurement proceedings, including receipt, opening and award, will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended.
