Procurement includes supply and installation of CCTV systems and items including computer systems monitors printers UPS and photocopiers for institutional use - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure under KPPRA rules - bids must be submitted electronically and include required documents and eligibility criteria compliance - bid security of 2 percent of bid price required in form of call deposit or bank draft with scanned copy uploaded and hard copy submitted before closing - bids will be opened on same day in presence of bidders - only tax compliant firms registered with income tax and sales tax and listed on active taxpayer list are eligible Pro Tip Ensure timely submission of both electronic bid and physical bid security documents to avoid disqualification
