Renovation Work Raiwind Road Branch Lahore Tender Notice
Description
The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from reputed organizations and companies for hiring contractors for renovation work at its Raiwind Road Branch, Lahore, under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents are available free of cost through Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website after publication of the tender notice. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through Punjab e-Procurement System by 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently on a date and time to be announced by the bank. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited through 1Link or bank guarantee options digitally using the generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Bidders must provide valid NTN and GST registration certificates with their bids. The tender notice and bidding documents are available on PPRA, Bank of Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement websites. The bank will not be responsible for costs incurred in preparing or submitting bid documents. Complaints may be filed through the State Bank of Pakistan Sunwai service.
