Purchase Of Furniture And Wellness Centre Articles Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture and articles for the Wellness Centre of Social Security Hospital Islamabad for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited through Punjab e-Procurement System from suppliers registered for Sales Tax, Income Tax with active status and Punjab Revenue Authority registration, possessing established technical, financial and managerial credentials and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI. Detailed bidding documents and specifications are available free of cost through PPRA, Punjab e-Procurement and PESSI websites. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. A combined Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be uploaded electronically in the prescribed format. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total estimated tender price must be submitted through the prescribed electronic e-Procurement System format. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of representatives of participating firms. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
