Procurement Petri Dish Labeling Machine Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one Petri Dish Labeler for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore, with an estimated cost of PKR 1,350,000 and bid security of PKR 27,000, representing 2% of the estimated amount. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole distributors or authorized distributors of manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments or authorities. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement portals. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System; physical bid security is not acceptable. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives of participating bidders. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 4 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. The bid validity period is 180 days from the opening date. Delivery terms are CPT-PKLI Lahore. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the rules shall prevail in case of conflict with bidding documents. The procuring agency shall not be responsible for technical or internet failures affecting electronic bid submission.
