Procurement Quantiferon Tb Gold Kits Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of Quantiferon TB Gold Kit and QFT Plus Collection Tubes for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore, for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated amount is PKR 1,008,000 and the required bid security at 2% is PKR 20,160. The required quantity is as specified in the Schedule of Requirement. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals and authorized distributors of manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments or authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement portals. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 18 November 2026 at 03:00 PM. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System; physical bid security is not acceptable. The bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 4 November 2026 at 02:30 PM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Delivery terms are DDP PKLI and Research Center Lahore. The procuring agency shall not be responsible for technical or internet failures affecting electronic submission.
