Hiring Media Digital Marketing Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a media and digital marketing firm for social media management and digital awareness campaigns for five projects of Punjab Small Industries Corporation Regional Directorate Rawalpindi for financial year 2026-27 up to June 2027. The projects covered are Salt Village Khewra, Gandhara Art Village Taxila, Pakistan Handicraft Shop Blue Area Islamabad, Handicraft Development Center Murree (HDC) and Handicrafts Development Center Hazro. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2.7 million and bid security at 2% is PKR 54,000. E-bids are invited from eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). The procurement will be conducted through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Clause 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing the scope of work and terms and conditions are available free of cost from the PSIC and PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened by the Procurement Committee through EPADS on the same day at 12:00 PM. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
