Description

Installation of hybrid solar energy systems for Ladies Bar Room and Male Bar Room facilities in District Sargodha through three procurement lots. Lot 1 covers installation of one 04KW Hybrid Solar Energy System for Bar Room Tehsil Bhera with estimated cost of PKR 950,000 and bid security of PKR 47,500. Lot 2 covers installation of 08KW Hybrid Solar Energy Systems for Ladies Bar Room and Male Bar Room facilities at Tehsil Silanwali, Kotmomin, Shahpur and Bhalwal with estimated cost of PKR 9,384,375 and bid security of PKR 469,219. Lot 3 covers installation of 12KW Hybrid Solar Energy System for Bar Room Tehsil Bhalwal with estimated cost of PKR 2,550,000 and bid security of PKR 127,500. Eligible bidders must be firms or joint ventures duly licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-3 or above with relevant Solar Energy System code EE-11. In case of a joint venture, the lead partner must hold the relevant PEC registration. Foreign firms are not permitted to participate either independently or as lead members of joint ventures. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the EPADS website. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through the electronic procurement system, with hard copies also submitted to the procuring office. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Refundable bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited through CDR in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Sargodha before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened by the District Development Committee in the presence of participating firms or their representatives. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee at the time of issuance of the supply or work order, refundable after expiry of the warranty period. E-bids must be submitted by 24 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement and acceptance or rejection of bids will be governed by applicable PPRA Rules.
