Procurement includes supply of IT equipment for Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre Samli Murree including required systems and related items as per bidding documents - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules - bids must be submitted electronically and include separate technical and financial proposals - bid security of 2 percent of estimated price required in form of call deposit receipt or bank guarantee - original bid security must be submitted before closing time - bids will be opened on same day in presence of bidders - only firms registered with relevant tax authorities are eligible and incomplete bids will be rejected Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic bid and original bid security with complete documentation to qualify for evaluation
