Description
Procurement includes supply of road construction machinery including hydraulic excavator wheel type with bucket and rock hammer and wheel loaders with hydraulic angle blades for multiple zones including Muzaffarabad Poonch and Mirpur with specified engine power operating weight and technical features - bidding will be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA rules - bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals - bid security of PKR 4600000 required in form of bank guarantee or call deposit attached with technical proposal - pre bid meeting scheduled on 06-04-2026 at 11:00 AM - bids must be submitted before deadline and technical bids will be opened same day while financial bids will be opened later for qualified bidders - only manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with tax authorities are eligible - bidders must provide audit reports experience financial capacity and affidavit of non blacklisting Pro Tip Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria including financial turnover experience and submission of bid security with technical proposal to avoid disqualification
