Electrical Distribution Equipment Materials Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply of electrical distribution equipment and materials for Muzaffarabad and Mirpur regions including - distribution transformers of 200 KVA 100 KVA and 50 KVA - ACSR and AAC conductors - 11KV disc and pin insulators LT spool insulators - galvanized steel structures and wires - stay rods bolts shackles earth rods and steel cross arms - LT and HT cables of various sizes and configurations - dropout cutouts lighting arrestors connectors clamps and miscellaneous hardware items - bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using single stage single envelope procedure - bids must be submitted with bid security in form of call deposit demand draft pay order or bank guarantee valid for at least 90 days - bids must be submitted before deadline and opened same day in presence of bidders - only prequalified manufacturers registered with WAPDA DISCOs NGC and tax authorities are eligible - rates must comply with specifications and exclude GST on FCS basis Pro Tip Ensure compliance with WAPDA specifications and submission of valid bid security with complete documentation to avoid rejection
