Description
Procurement includes supply of election materials for general elections including polling bags of different sizes and materials voter marking stamps code stamps presiding officer stamps plastic seals stamp pads ink candles sealing wax paper reams carbon paper placards for polling stations kraft files postal ballot envelopes ball point pens paper pins staplers rulers matches computer paper photocopy paper and printer toner cartridges - bidding will be conducted using single stage single envelope procedure under AJK PPRA rules - bidders must submit separate rates for each item along with samples and documentary evidence of financial stability including bank statements company registration and past experience - bid security of PKR 1000000 required in form of call deposit - bids must be submitted before deadline and opened same day - successful bidder must supply items within 15 days of supply order - only firms not blacklisted and registered with tax authorities are eligible and all applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules Pro Tip Ensure submission of item wise rates samples and financial documents along with bid security to qualify for evaluation
