Uniforms Prisoner Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply of uniforms for staff and provisions for prisoners under approved budget for financial year 2025-26 - bidding will be conducted under single stage single envelope procedure as per PPRA rules - bidders must submit financial proposals along with call deposit of PKR 150000 for uniforms and PKR 25000 for prisoner supplies from scheduled bank - bids must be submitted in sealed form before deadline and opened same day in presence of bidders - only tax registered firms with ATL and sales tax registration are eligible - bidders must obtain tender documents by paying non refundable fee of PKR 500 and submit required tax certificates - incomplete conditional bids or bids without bid security will be rejected - successful bidder must supply items within 10 days of supply order and all applicable taxes and charges must be included in quoted prices Pro Tip Ensure submission of required bid security tax documents and timely delivery commitment to avoid disqualification
