Canteen Cafeteria Services Rental Bagh Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes rental and operation of canteen and cafeteria at district complex Bagh for a period of two years - bidding will be conducted using single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals submitted in sealed form - bidders must obtain tender documents by paying non refundable fee of PKR 2000 and submit proposals before deadline - bid security of PKR 50000 required in form of call deposit with original attached to financial proposal and copy with technical proposal - technical bids will be opened on specified date and financial bids will be opened later - bidders must submit affidavit confirming not blacklisted and no dues - all applicable taxes duties and charges will be applied as per rules and full bid amount must be deposited before issuance of work order Pro Tip Ensure submission of separate sealed proposals with required bid security and affidavit to qualify for evaluation
