Testing Agency Hiring Recruitment Process Tender Notice

Procurement includes hiring of testing agency to conduct screening and physical tests for recruitment of posts from BPS 07 to BPS 15 in health department including test arrangement across all districts and evaluation services - bidding will be conducted using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules - bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals in sealed form - agency must be registered with relevant authorities have minimum three years experience in conducting recruitment tests and provide expertise profile - bidders must submit affidavit of non blacklisting NTN and income tax registration - rates for test fee to be paid by candidates must include all taxes and remain valid for entire recruitment process - tender documents can be obtained on payment of PKR 5000 non refundable fee - bids must be submitted before deadline and technical proposals will be opened same day Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete technical credentials experience documents and compliance with eligibility criteria to qualify for evaluation
