Description
Procurement includes supply of medical laboratory equipment for institutional use as per detailed specifications provided in bidding documents - bidding will be conducted under single stage single envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA rules - bidders must submit combined technical and financial proposal in sealed form - bid security of PKR 150000 required in form of call deposit in favor of principal - bids must be submitted before deadline and opened same day in presence of bidders - tender documents can be obtained on payment of PKR 1000 non refundable fee - bidders must submit affidavit confirming not blacklisted and provide rates for all items which must remain valid till June 2026 - successful bidder must supply items as per supply order and failure will result in forfeiture of bid security - all applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete item wise rates bid security and affidavit to qualify for evaluation
