Procurement Of Transit Golf Carts Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of transit golf carts for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore, for financial year 2026-27 under Bid Reference No. 39-26. Estimated cost is PKR 25,800,000 and bid security is 2%, equivalent to PKR 516,000, payable through the Bank of Punjab in accordance with the specified notification and submitted with the technical proposal. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers of foreign principals, authorized agents and distributors engaged in the relevant trade, registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must identify the offered item specifications and brand names. Electronic bids must be submitted by 25 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the institute conference room. Bid validity is 180 days from opening.
