Other Stores Framework Contract Pser Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under Lot 4, described as cost of other stores, through a framework contract valid up to 30 June 2027. Estimated amount is PKR 7,000,000 and bid security is PKR 350,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order service providers engaged in trading, including joint ventures where applicable, must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax, and on Punjab e-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped, must be submitted online by 14 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other documents required by the bidding documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids will not be considered. Pro Tip: Consult the bidding documents to identify the specific store items covered by Lot 4 and prepare the lot-wise framework proposal with tax registrations, separate technical and financial submissions and PKR 350,000 bid security.
